The hair looks and feels great right out of the package but that only lasted until the first wash. I use extension hair care which is Paraben and sulfate free So I know it wasn’t my product. No matter how “deep” the conditioning was, they still felt like straw. Flat ironing made it worse. I took them out and went back to my other brand.

It’s really soft when you first get it but it does tend to tangle and dry out. I have to constantly brush it every chance I get or it’ll get matted especially in the back when you part in the middle. I used 2 packs for reference.
