Purchased warranty through Allstate square trade on Amazon with my appliance purchase for my deep freezer. The unit was bought July 2nd, 2021 Kismile 7.0 Cubic Feet Chest Freezer with Removable Basket Free Standing Top open Door Compact Freezer with. On August 19th, 2022, came home with freezer not working melted all food in deep freezer. Deep freezer was hot on side where vents are making clicking clacking sound both red and green light where on. I had to empty out and throw away allot of food. I chatted with Amazon through customer service link, Amazon reached out to the manufacturer and gave me the email link to the warranty department since I requested it. I clicked on the link from my email today started a claim attached my receipt by clicking print from amazon orders and saving as a pdf. Then filled out the warranty information attached my receipt. I was immediately given a claim number from Allstate square trade and asked if I wanted to schedule call or call them with claim number assigned. I called them explained to the agent the problem with my appliance stated sounds like compressor received reimbursement confirmation for my claim will take seven to ten business days to process. Extremely pleased with overall experience of Amazon and Allstate SquareTrade warranty connection. I would definitely purchase a All state SquareTrade policy again worth every penny to secure any investment of funds spent. Thank you, ... show more
