Install was very easy, people say you need to plan on getting a new trans cooler but I used a 1 1/8 wrench on the block where the fittings go into and I had no issue, the fittings are 1 1/16 I was suprised how nice the hoses are and how nicely it all went togther. I will post an update if any of them blow or start leaking but so far it’s been about a week and absolutely no issues.

Dose not work with a non stock radiator. Had to go all over looking for a fitting. It would be nice if they said something about that or gave an option to select oem or aftermarket radiator.

09 sierra duramax 6.6. They fit well, plan for a cooler as the factory one crumbles taking the fittings out. Fittings can be frustrating to get sealed but if you spend a little time on them you can get them. Don't fill with coolant till after you are sure the radiator doesn't leak, I did this twice.. tighten and re loosen and tighten the "hose to fitting" connections a few times to get them to seal, basically seats them together. But after all the fighting I did to get 2 connections (lower radiator connection and right side of cooler) to seal this conversion made the job 10x easier as the factory hard lines would have been near impossible to install. For me the savings was worth the extra time adjusting things. Been in 3 days no leaks or problems. Time will tell how they hold up, if one blows ill take it to a local equipment shop and have them re make it

The kit comes with hydraulic style hoses and the proper fittings to connect to you transmission and transmission cooler. However they say to use the 45 degree fitting in the upper transmission port. This is physically impossible because the fitting cannot rotate without hitting the transmission case. I had to buy another kit and swap out for a straight fitting to get the job done. If it came with all the right fittings I would have given them 5 stars.

Doesn't work with aftermarket radiator the cooler is different m20x1.5 threads had to heave lines redone threads on Transmission and aux cool worked
