I have now bought this item 3 times. I love that it has a refill pack and I use my own tap water. One less bottle that may end up in a landfill. There is literally no smell so it is gentle. My boyfriend is allergic to cats, but between vacuuming couches and spraying this everyday, it helps to keep the symptoms mild. Been using for 3 weeks now. Ok i usually hate buying products i have to mix myself bc i hate ratios (2/3 water to 1/3 cleaner). Thus is put packet in bottle fill and shake. Easy to use...its a spray bottle. It has no smell, which is good bc i have oil diffusers and other air fresheners already plus i use fabric softner for smell and help with pet fur removal on furniture and carpets. I have only been using it once or twice a week and seems to work for my husband and daughter who have year round bad allergies. They both sleep through the night with almost no coughing, rubbing itchy eyes, sneezing is almost not happening, which is great bc it is spring and the cats bring in all kinds of pollen. I've used several of these kinds of sprays. This one seems to do what it's supposed to, but given the simple and cheap ingredients it's made of, and that I had to use significantly more to get the same effect as the other sprays I've tried, it's overpriced.

I bought this product after a new family member developed allergies to my pet. I am happy to report that this product (combined with a thorough vacuuming) has made it possible for them to visit our home with little to no symptoms! As anyone with pets knows, the fur and dander is constant, so I do recommend re-spraying and staying on top of the fur while the allergic person is present. It is unscented, dries quickly on fabrics, and didn't stain or leave a mark on anything. Plus, it's always nice to make the extra effort to help someone you love be more comfortable. On top of that, the customer service with this brand is incredible - I asked a question and promptly received a response with an excellent solution!
