    • Been waiting for the this to hit US market
First of all, I have been looking at this for years. I'm all around happy with the product at the cost. Little things need to be changed, such as the outlets. You must ship 120v unless otherwise requested. Parts, I want to buy spare parts, such as hoses, or even add buckets.

    • waterpump failure
The media could not be loaded. The overall quality of the Alien system was very good, i was excited when going through the assembly. The issue came in when starting up the system, air system is great but the main pump for the water circulation system failed immediately (JET-STREAM™ SILENT 1.0 Water Pump), contacted seller, sent me a used pump as a replacement, pump failed again. The fitting for the return line into the header bucket leaks very badly, when you try to tighten slightly the washer pops out and ait will flood the area you have it installed in. Searching for a different pump as the system is useless without it. Searching for better quality seal for the return line. Video of the pump in action attached. ... show more

    • Folks just bc it shines on the outside doesn’t mean it has a perfect quality on the inside!
It’s definitely an eye catching system, but sounds like the quality is down right awful! I would like to build my own system, but don’t know where to find and buy parts. Sorry for you guy I would have sent it back for a return on my money, but first I would have taken a lots of pictures and notes so I could definitely build my own! God bless . ... show more
