That was when my kitten was first orphaned & she became a part of my family at 4.5 weeks of age, weighing mere ounces. I worried about her chewing on electrical wires, so I bought these covers. I was excited because the taste would put my kitten off, & the covers would protect the wires, right? I even bought chargers with reinforced covers on the wires, just before I discovered these wonderful protectors, so I was putting them on 2 brand-new chargers. No worries, right? Wrong. First, Katsumi discovered her favorite flavor. Second, crunching the covers became almost an obsession with her, something she indulged in mostly while I was asleep or out of the house, or when she thought I wasn't looking. Anyway, just a few days ago, she managed to destroy the usefulness of one of the chargers. She ate her way through your protector & the reinforced housing of the charging wire! When I first discovered that Katsumi enjoyed the flavor, I contacted you & the seller multiple times, but received no response from either of you, so I have no idea if you received any of my messages - I thought you should at least know that your product wasn't performing according to one of your big selling points. I finally called Amazon so at least someone would know, someone who could pass the message along & hopefully wouldn't be ignored. Now I have to tell you it hasn't performed at all. Oh, I don't expect a refund or anything like that, no - Katsumi went rather past the date on that. But you really should be more careful about making claims that aren't always true. You see, I just cannot imagine that my little Katsumi (now thriving at 3 pounds) is the only kitten who has managed such a feat. My older cat, Julienne, is 5. She has zero interest in wires of any kind, no matter how they're packaged, so she never bothered to give your product a cursory look, much less a lick. No temptation there. I imagine most cats are like Julienne - they're either not in the least tempted to try chewing on wires, or they find the flavor so revolting they don't try more than a second or third time. But I'm willing to bet there's a small percentage of cats like my Katsumi, for whom teething is so overwhelming, they can't resist chewing just about anything. Be honest in your advertising. We used this to make the wires to our Flojet 18555-000A Portable RV Waste Pump with Garden Hose Discharge Port - 12 VDC Motor more manageable. The distance from the battery to the furthest black tank discharge is about 40 feet. The wires would become a horrid, annoying tangle. This has made the task of setting up to empty the black water tank much easier. The 1/2 inch diameter is large enough to accommodate the two wires and the "lumps" where the wires join and are wrapped with electric tape.

They are easy to install and cut to length using scissors, utility knife, etc. My cables are protected from the elements and other types of damage including cuts.

This white wire cover is attractive. It covers three black wires that connect our cable box, our dvd player, and the electric current to our wall-mounted TV. It was easy to install, and I applied masking taped to it at the back of the TV and cut its length to where the wires start near the floor. I straightened the wire cover after applying it, and all looks good now — much better than the three hanging black wires looked.
