I reached out to customer service who resolved the issue quickly. Not only did they resolve my issue by sending replacement cables, but I was also gifted a hub for the inconvenience (unsatisfactory experience with customer service). I purchased this monitor in April 2022. I was reclassified as a home based employee and hated being tied to my desk. I selected this monitor due to price, 2 line or 1 line connection (work computer did not have usb-c port), and no software download (not permitted to download non- employer software.). I was a bit concerned about the size of the screen but quickly forgot about that. This is now my preferred second monitor even when in my office. The screen is easy to read and adjust. It is plug in and use easy. I initially was using the 2 line connection but received a new work laptop that had usb-c ports. I needed a new usb-c to usb-c cord so I contacted the seller. I received a response to my Amazon message within 2 hours and a few days later had the cord in my hands. Amazing customer service. If you are on the fence, I say go for it. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, I use it daily. My only complaint would be the USB-C plug that needs to connect to my laptop ONLY works if plugged DIRECTLY into my laptop. If I try using a USB-C connector with multiple ports available, it won't even turn on. This is annoying because I only have one USB-C port on my laptop - so sometimes I have to unplug the screen to plug in something else. I will add that it does come with a standard USB connector, but it is a Y and looks like you need TWO USB ports available on your laptop to support that. I'm not a big fan of a bunch of cables running everywhere so I haven't even tried that one. Other than that, no complaints. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The issue: monitor becomes streaky nearly immediately after plugging in, then after a few moments goes blank; see video and photos attached. TLDR; I do Not recommend this product. I set the monitor up per the instructions provided, which were lacking in detail, which resulted in me requiring assistance from Amazon tech support (which was actually helpful, so thanks Amazon). For my laptop, I need to use the HDMI cable, as well as either the USB-C to A cable or the C to C cable in order to power the monitor. So, it starts up and the screen is clear for all of a few moments before it starts getting streaky, the coloring changes, etc. I even went and bought a brand new HDMI cable since that should have helped the issue... I was mistaken and the HDMI cable did not fix the issue. I also tried another USB-C to A cable to see if that were the issue, but the same issue persists. I came to the conclusion that the monitor itself is faulty; a brand new monitor should not display the way it does. So, I am returning this monitor and will purchase from another brand. i love the product. its quite handy. my only complaint is that you dont send a long enough usb c cord. my laptop usb c ports are both in left front corner. the supplied cable is not near long enough unless u run it under the laptop.

I like the extension but wish I would have read the angle capabilities. This monitor only allows (1) position; open. It does not tilt back or forward. The screen is a bit small and I cannot view the entire content, I have to slide it over to the 12" screen to view it in its entirety.
