Great pair of water shoes, lasted 5 years before sole separated from the shoe. Repaired it with some two part epoxy and they’re back on the fishing grounds , as I ordered a new pair as backup. Can’t recommend them high enough, they’ve been an excellent product!

The media could not be loaded. I love these shoes because they feel just like an athletic shoe, thick sole, no harsh rubbing points around the ankle, and the toe bends in a way that doesn't rub blisters on your toes. They have a nice adjustable lacing system that makes the shoe really fit superb. These are a must-have for water parks or other outdoor activities where your feet get wet because the bottom soles drain water quickly and prevent that squishy sloshing foot feeling that other cheap water shoes suffer. I'm so excited that I never have to wear a cheap water shoe again! I highly recommend these shoes for comfort, value, and true fit. They really do feel great and save my feet from being punished in water recreation.

I got this for a trip to Maui. I used them for a week, during hikes in the rainforest and while in the ocean. Overall they worked great and I was super happy with the fact that I had them with me during my trip, but I did encounter a few minor issues. They were indeed a bit bigger than expected. I usually wear 9.5, I ordered 9 and it was a bit loose, not as tight as I would it liked it. I do think that 8 might have been too small but who knows? Once I wore them out of the water they were just fine, but once they got wet they would obviously expand, and after using them all day they created a blister in my little toe. Another issue was that the design of the sole made it super easy for little rocks to get stuck on it and sometimes you could feel them while walking. So that was annoying. In general, I was happy I had them with me and they did the work but they were not a smooth sail. I still haven't washed them yet so I am not sure how well they will hold after that.

I don’t like walking on sand in flip flops so I had given water shoes a try. Other shoes had a thin sole and felt uncomfortable at times to walk from the car to the beach. These feel like sneakers and dry quickly. Certainly the best waters shoes I’ve owned. Will eventually buy a pair for inside the house because they don’t make my feet sweat. Deserves an extra star if I could give it.

I wanted water shoes that would provide good protection while also packing down flat. I'm happy to say that after wearing these on a recent Costa Rica vacation, you can look no further. These are the water shoes you want! They're really comfortable, dry quickly, and are so lightweight that you'll hardly know you're wearing them. The only minor complaint is that they will pick up rocks if you walk through a lot of gravel. They don't get through, but rather get caught in the tread. I found it was easy enough to pry the gravel out after a day's use. These are a terrific value and I highly recommend.

- As others have said, the fit is right on. I wear a 10.5 shoe, ordered that size in these and they are a perfect fit. When I first went to put them on, I thought they were too small. It seemed a tight fit to get them ON, but once they were on, it was perfect. - I bought these for canoe trips. We launch from boat launches, sandy beaches, rocky flats, grass along river banks and ponds, dirt parking lots... you name it. I wanted something that I could put on at home, drive to the body of water, paddle around and then put it back in the truck and head home. These do all of that, providing good protection. - I was concerned that the sole seemed kind of hard, thus inclined to be more of a danger on slippery surfaces. They still surprise me because they DO seem hard, but they also are rubbery enough to mold to the rocks or whatever and provide more than acceptable traction. Be careful, they won't make you Spiderman, but they will make your footing more secure. - I've washed them a couple times with no ill effect. We have one of the newer washers that does NOT have the agitator in the middle, so that might help them survive a wash better. - Lastly, although I correctly chose "All Day" for how long can I wear them comfortably, it should be noted that there isn't much walking. I'm pretty much sitting on the canoe seat.

I'm always concerned that I'll order something and it will not fit correctly. I'm a size 14 shoe and these size 14 water shoes fit like a glove. As an added benefit, the synthetic material will fold flat and compact in their own bag that will seal. The clear plastic bag the shoes came in will not last forever but good enough for my next trip. I would recommend these base on fit and for ease of packing. The next test will be at Vietnam and Thailand beaches in March and April. I'll update this review if the shoes fail during my trip. 5 stars for now. So, it is now April 6, and I've come to the end of trips to Vietnam and Thailand, where I used my water shoes. As I said earlier, out of the box the shoes were true to fit (size 14). Wearing them on the beach those little holes on the bottoms of the soles will suck up pebbles and sand like a vacuum. I picked up a spherical pebble (stone) in one of the largest holes while walking with a group of people to a diving boat and it was really irritating because I could not stop. Finally, when I got on the boat I pried the stone out of the hole. It was deeply seated. There isn't much separating the sole from your foot so when you pick up a stone or loose gravel you're going to feel it. These will also pickup a lot of sand when walking on the beach. You would however want these shoes if you're in water with a lot of nasty trash, like broken glass or plastic or when swimming in deeper water around corals, urchins and more. I'm changing my review to 3 stars based on my use these past two months.
