I hadn't ever heard of Aleader boots before but considered the nice looking style, reasonable price in contrast to the high price of larger well known brands, and the positive reviews. I sure am glad that I ordered these for my 7 year old: 1) My daughter loves to wear them. She says they're easy for her to get on and off. They're really soft, warm, and dry on the inside. The colors of the boot make it look pretty with her winter coat and snow pants. 2) As parents, we like their design, and durability. The Aleader boots are taller and warmer than her previous pair of boots from a more well known, popular brand that also had a cinch top. The cinch top on these boots has been easier for our daughter to grab and tighten herself (without our help), and there's also a zipper on the boot if she wants an even easier way to take it on and off. These boots are very well made and perfect for those days when the snow is deep, the temperature is low, and it's wet outside. You will be very happy you bought them.

Better than expected! Nice quality and it was easy for my daughter to get on. That’s a bonus. Belt well made and a little heavy but she liked the fit of these so far and the heal - it’s all about the heal lol. She liked that they were taller than her old boots and that they have the cinch at the top to prevent snow getting in if her snow pants move. A problem we had with her old boots. We live in WI we deal with lots of snow.

These boots are perfect for a South Dakota winter. The seam on one of the boots separated after three wears. Clearly a stitching flaw. I emailed the company, they confirmed my shipping address and said they’d send a brand new replacement pair. This is 5 days before Christmas when shipping is a complete travesty. The boots arrived TWO DAYS later. Brand new and perfect. I wish all customer service was this helpful. I’ll be buying from this company often.

These are very thick and sturdy boots! The outside fabric is durable enough to make the boots weather/waterproof, and the thick souls seem very tough and non-slip safe. The inside has great cushion and padding to keep the feet warm. My 8yr old is a size 2, and these boots seemed a little bit too tight on her feet all the way around. She is has almost a wide foot, so we ended up returning these and went with a brand that was a little more flexible around the foot. But would have loved to keep these if they had a “wide” option!

My son likes these boots as long as he leaves the zippers closed and pulls the boots on and off without opening them. He seems to find them comfortable, warm, and completely snow-resistant. However, the zippers seem cheap and weak. The fabric lining the zipper opening easily gets stuck in the zippers, it's hard for a child to pull the fabric out of the zipper, and the zipper doesn't seem strong enough to resist hard tugs. But they come on and off ok with the zippers closed, and we'll be able to use them just fine.

Cute and sturdy girls’ snow boot. I cannot attest to whether they really are waterproof because we’ve not had snow yet. I will do a follow-up report re waterproof-ness. I will add that the weight of the boot seems heavy for a child. But our girl plays soccer and does gymnastics so we are hoping the heavy weight is not an issue. If your girl isn’t pretty strong I might suggest looking for something a little lighter in weight.

Just to start off I want to say it fits as expected. We got one size larger due to having thick wool socks to keep warm and it’s am exactly the size we expected. My daughter likes the funky colors with the pink so we got this for her. We haven’t tested the coldness factor since we don’t live in the coldest of climates but we will be traveling to a super cold place I. The new year and can update later on how it holds up. But what we really like is the draw string. It keeps out the air which is a nice feature to have. Here’s to keeping those feet dry and having fun in the snow.

These are warm, water proof and have a draw string at the top to stop snow from getting in. Approval from Michigan. *Only downside is the zipper on the side, but after a few wears it became easier for my 5 year old to do by himself. I would not recommend these for anyone younger.
