- Spotless Car Wash: Usually after washing the car, you may notice spots on your vehicle. These spots are caused by the precipitation of mineral ions in the water. The AKM Deionized Water Car Wash System is designed to remove mineral ions from water, producing pure, deionized water. By washing your vehicle with deionized water, you can achieve a spotless finish without the need for manual drying.
- Bypass Function for Easy Switching: The included valve features a built-in bypass function. No complicated stepsjust shift the handle to switch between bypass and filtration modes. Use the bypass mode during most of the car wash, then switch to filtration for the final rinse to conserve pure water and extend the resins lifespan.
- Our system is not a single-use product. When the resin inside the tank is exhausted, you can simply refill it using AKM 10L mixed di resin. Just pour out the used resin, refill the tank, and reconnect the systemit's ready to use again. Unlike standard plastic filter housings, our durable tank is built for long-term use, so typically only the resin needs to be replaced.
- How to Use: Our car wash system comes pre-filled with 9.5 liters of mixed bed resin. Simply connect it to your garden hose, and it's ready to use. The system is reusablejust replace the mixed bed resin when needed. The included TDS meter allows you to test water ppm value at any time.

Our product can deliver pure water at 0 ppm, so using this to rinse your car can save you time on drying, as there will be no spots left after the water naturally evaporates. It is important to note that to achieve a spot-free wash, the car must be thoroughly cleaned before rinsing with pure water. Pure water will not leave residue or spots after evaporation. Excellent Results, Curious About Resin Longevity

I was skeptical at first when I dipped the TDS meter into the water sample that came with the package. The reading came back at 0002, and I initially thought it might just be within the margin of error. However, after using the system, I was genuinely impressed. This deionization system did not disappoint. Easy to connect fit right in to my garden hose. Whoever invented this setup is a genius. The Spotless Car Wash system not only leaves my vehicle completely spot-free, but it also cuts my drying time in half. I no longer have to spend nearly as much time wiping down the vehicle with towels or using an air blower to remove water spots. My only concern is the longevity of the resin. I’m curious to see how long it lasts and whether the replacement cost will make it a worthwhile long-term investment. That said, based on the results so far, I’m very happy with the purchase.

Finally no more water spots on my car!

This deionized water system completely solved my hard water spot problem when washing my car. It strips minerals out of tap water, so after the final rinse, I can just let the car air dry even under direct sunlight. No more chasing streaks with microfiber towels. The fittings are solid and installation was straightforward. I also use it on my RV and windows, works great. The included TDS meter helps me check water quality easily. It’s a game-changer for home car detailing. Highly recommend!

Great water system for solar panel

Bought it to clean my solar panel since it requires DI water for a spotfree finish to protect the coating. It's very easy to use overall and I really appreciate the accessories that it comes with. Especially the female to female connector, it saves you a trip to Home Depot for adaptor！Another thing I love about this is water pressure. Compared to RO water filter, it provides the same water pressure straight from faucet so it makes the cleaning process a lot easier and better！The only thing about this system is the cost to replace the resin in the tank especially for hard water in Socal. But It will still last me over a year and its a lot cheaper than hiring solar panel contractor！Great system overall, definitely worth it for solar panel cleaning and carwash.

It’s incredibly effective—it leaves no water spots, and I didn't even need to use soap since the water pressure does the job. This was my first time cleaning the solar panels myself; they came out spotless, and it was a fantastic deal.

The bypass feature worked great. When it came to actually filtering the water. The output was not sufficient for the active 2.0. Returning only because the output is not what I expected in order or this to work.

OK, I will be the first to admit I don't usually read instruction on new things I brought. I thought with my life experience I should know how to operate most men chores by now LOL. Now I learned my lesson. I have been trying to get a SPOT FREE car wash out of my own house since I move to Arizona, being the water here is quite different from California. After several with my original equipments I finally pin down this one that is what I do not have before. After I got this item in, I tried the first time without reading the instruction and the result is just not perfect. So I gave in and read the instruction. HA! You have to do it with regular water first (which is why the PASS THROUGH) is so important! The second round is PERFECTION! Need I say more? This item is such a value for the money I spent and it is definitely a keeper.

I have used it for less than 2 months and definitely for less than what was specified to give me 0ppm water. I have 250ppm water where I am and have only done 10 car washes now, and it’s giving me 37ppm water. For starters when new it was only reducing it to 2ppm which should have been the biggest indicator that something was wrong. I don’t see a way to contact the seller outside of reviews to fix this problem. Most likely bad resin was given.
