Students will love it
Color: red
This is a rather nice beginner's flute, it even has a case designed to avoid those metal latches that love to fly open and spill your flute out. It sounds lovely, you wouldn't think it's cupronickel. The keys have a good seal and no adjustment was required before playing to get it in tune, though they did throw in a screwdriver and just about everything you'd need to keep it in good shape. Clean it after each playing, and I see no reason this flute won't last you until your first intermediate model.

Great for my kid's band, exceeded expectations
Color: white
My daughter needed a flute for middle school band, and her teacher said not to buy anything too expensive to start. We chose this one and were genuinely surprised. The craftsmanship is more refined than expected, the keys are smooth with no cheap looseness. My daughter says it's much easier to play than the school loaner. The case is sturdy and convenient to carry to lessons. Two months in, zero issues. At this price, I sincerely recommend it to budget-conscious parents.

Buyer beware!!!!!
Color: red
EDIT: THEY WILL NOT STOP SPAMMING MY EMAIL, CALLING, AND TEXTING ME! WHEN I WROTE THIS REVIEW, I DID NOT SAY I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE ITEM, JUST THAT THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES. I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORT3D TO AMAZON! Did not come with any of the accessories advertised. Just the flute. The case is not a very good fit, and there is no carrying handle. It is pretty, and the sound quality is average. Keys are a bit sticky, but with a little oil should be fine.

Way better than expected
Color: nickel
I still cannot believe it. Flute is incredibly well made, the assembly of the parts is flawless, sound is great. Super easy to play, even the third octave is easy to reach. No leaks, all pads seal well. And it looks beautiful. All this for under $150? Honestly, I expected a flute at this price to be terrible, but it's anything but. Highly recommended for beginners on a budget.

Best value for money
Color: nickel
I'm a music teacher and have tried many brands when recommending beginner flutes to students. This AKLOT is one of the best I've tried under $100. The airtightness is solid, the mid-low register is stable, and the highs don't crackle. Several of my students have been using them for over half a year with no pad leaks or loose keys. I've already recommended it to quite a few parents.

High quality & fantastic flute set for beginners!
Color: silver
I ordered this flute for my niece to practice with when she stays with me during the summer, and I was honestly impressed with how nice it is for the price. I played the flute myself back in high school, so I still remember what a decent beginner flute should feel and sound like. Right out of the case, this one looked really nice and polished, and it came with everything she needed including the cleaning kit, gloves, stand, and a sturdy hard case that actually looks good and feels protective. The keys feel super smooth when pressed and not stiff or loose, which was something I paid attention to right away since cheaper flutes sometimes feel clunky. The pads also seem to seal well because the notes come out clearly without a lot of extra air leaking through. I tested it myself before giving it to my niece, and it had a clean sound and was easier to play than I expected. It also feels lightweight enough for a younger player to hold comfortably during practice. Overall, I think this is a really solid choice for beginners or students who need a practice instrument without spending a fortune. It brought back a lot of memories of playing in high school band for me, and my niece has been excited to practice with it!

fantastic and affordable beginner flute
Color: silver
I will be honest in that I don't know a lot about flutes. When I was younger, it was the instrument I really wanted to play but there were already a lot of flutists so I ended up with the French horn, a vastly different instrument. To my eyes, this seems like a decent flute, especially for someone just starting out. The keys press smoothly so while being affordable, it doesn't feel cheap. The flute comes with everything you need (I believe) to get started, from the case to the flute itself to some grease to the cleaning cloth and rod. Now to learn how to play it....
