    • Poor experience and a complete lack of confidence to stand behind their products and resolve issues
This product looks great and is super easy to install. The only problem is that after 3 months the taillights started having issues. The blinker and brake light intermittently works. At night this posses a major safety issue. After contacting the seller it was determined that it was 30 days out of warranty and even through it was that close they wouldn’t make an exception to stand behind their product. They offered no solution to help resolve the issue either. I called the manufacturer and explained exactly what the issue was. They told me the fix within minutes. ( now that’s customer service!) I then reached back out to the seller and asked if they could stand behind the product and make it right. I also even asked for the piece that could resolve the issue. I get a response that it’s out of warranty and you can look on you tube to find out more info to fix it. I would think that the seller would have better customer service to resolve an issue on a product that cost as much as these do. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this seller. ... show more

    • Tail lights don't work after 30 days
Bought these tail lights for my son's Christmas gift didn't install them until the end of January they looked nice and only worked for 30 days supplier would not replace them buyer beware buy cheap get cheap also this is a safety issue you can be rear-ended at night if you're taillights aren't working... amazon was no help either they just send you off to go deal with the vendor yourself... buy a better quality product that has more integrity and last for more than 30 days don't buy these tail lights dangerous if you don't get rear-ended you'll get a ticket ... show more

Bought these and installed them the same day. While taking the first drive with these taillights installed I get pulled over and the cop tells me the entire driver side taillight was not working! Then I come home and upon further investigation I find the directionals on the passenger side were not working correctly either. Obviously these taillights have some serious wiring issues. It's a shame because they look good on the car. I was debating doing a simple exchange but I was concerned since I had problems immediately that further down the road the newer taillights I exchange for might have issues later then I won't be able to exchange them. So I just played it safe and got a refund. ... show more
