I wore these to the beach and thought they had some good and not so good qualities. Since I wore them on the beach, I wore them barefoot which made them a little uncomfortable. The material was a little scratchy but not too bad. Walking both on sand and hard ground was easy and the soles at least provided cushion and support. When using in water, they do drain very well and dry quickly when left in the sun. Being as porous as they are, I was hoping that sand would pour out of them as well when walking, but that wasn't they case. The holes throughout the shoe let sand in that didn't flow back out through the soles so I had to keep dumping sand out. All things considered, I do like them. I think the sneaker look and feel is much better than a typical water shoe and they do dry pretty quick. Maybe just don't use them to walk through sand.

I got these primarily for when I fish in a certain area near where I live because there’s a lot of sharp stuff in the water just under the sand so I figured these would help with that. They fit well and feel pretty comfortable. They’re incredibly lightweight so that’s kind of weird feeling at first, it almost felt like socks! Overall they’re made pretty well and fit well. Good purchase for me anyway!

When I took these out of the package' I was concerned I received the wrong size. These looked a good inch longer than my normal size 11. Putting these on confirmed my fears, these had to be a size 12, but I know I did not order that. I went back and checked my order, yup, ordered the right size. Shoe packaging says 11, but these do not feel like 11's. Once I put these in water, my fears were alleviated as they functioned just as well as my previous water shoes, but with more cushion. Once I was out of the water and drying, the fit was a normal size 11. These do shrink from what you receive, so do not be alarmed by what looks and feels like a larger size. Performance and comfort in the water was excellent. Out of the water, these dried about 80% within thirty minutes, but stayed damp for well over five hours. This time will vary depending on the time of year and if you use these late or early in the day. It was late May here in Pennsylvania and only 75 degrees when I tested these so the drying time will be a lot different in mid-July. Overall, I am very happy with these. The comfort is there as is the drying, depending on the conditions. Don't let the large look or feel scare you when they arrive. They will fit your size once you use them in water.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable you don't even feel like you are wearing shoes. I have another pair in Gray and was wearing them so much that they were getting dirty all the time. You can wear these shoes with or without socks. I wear them all day long sometimes with no problems. They are great for washing the car as they tend to grip well even on a slopped driveway. If you do get them wet the water just runs right through the soles. I have large feet and ordered my usual size 14 (49 Europe) and the fit is perfect. Some have said that they shrink after you get them wet. I did not notice that. The color is just as pictured in the Amazon add, at least for the Navy Blue I got. These shoes are very light weight and perfect for travel. I even wore my other pair on a cruise and got them wet during the day and they were dry enough to wear by dinner time. I can definitely recommend these shoes, and will probably get another pair in black..

We ordered these shoes mostly for the pool and the beach, as my son's last pair finally gave up the ghost. He has been wearing these for about a month on a near-daily basis. Here are his thoughts: "Firstly, I thought we ordered the wrong size. I have big feet, and these felt a size larger than what I had ordered. This is normal! Once I went into the water with them, that's when they started to comfortably mold around my feet, so keep this in mind. They're breathable, and they dry fairly quickly. There's obviously that bit of "squish" when first emerging from the water and walking with them, but they give nice traction even when wet, and they were dry within a couple of hours. Walking on the rockier parts of the beach have also saved my feet, arguably even better than my last shoes. Nicely done. They're durable, they feel consistent, and they put up with the abuse fairly well, so these may be a solid pair of shoes for the next couple of summers. It's been one month, here's to several more!" 5/5 stars, and highly recommended

I've even worn them to the store and running errands. The slots on the bottom and the material that make up the rest of the shoe are comfortable and airy.

My husband is in love with these shoes. I got them on a whim because they offered a size 15 which is rare to find. We were so pleased to receive these and that they actually fit comfortably. They dry fast and water goes right through them. Super comfortable to wear at a waterpark. The size fit perfectly, true to size.

These water shoes are very light weight, so they won’t weigh down my suitcase much. This is very important when flying and trying to keep your suitcase under 50 pounds. I love the color and I think they look really good on my feet. Not clunky and awkward looking like some water shoes are. They are pretty comfortable, too. I wear them without socks, since I usually wear them when I am planning to get my feet wet. Since they are men’s sizes, I had to convert it to women’s size, when I ordered. I did order a half size up, also, just to make sure my toes wouldn’t rub on the front of the shoe when I walk. They are just right and don’t rub. I am planning a beach trip soon and these will be perfect for walking on the beach.

I chose these for my son, who loves to wear sneaker-style shoes. They arrived quickly and look well-made and comfy. The sole is super elastic and has holes in them to allow water to drain when using them in water. However, when wearing them for everyday things, they allow great airflow from the top due to the mesh-like material on the top and the holes in the sole. Even though the shoes have laces, they are easy pulled on and off without having to tie and untie the strings because the mesh material is very elastic. Nice product for a very reasonable price.

I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. I ordered these shoes because we will be doing a lot of walking on vacation, some of it on beaches. I wanted a shoe that would give my feet protection, not weigh much, and would dry quickly. I wear a 10 1/2 D shoe and was a bit apprehensive about ordering shoes online. They fit beautifully. The mesh design provides a bit of stretch that can accommodate about a half size range. The soles have slots to allow water drainage, but I didn't have any trouble with sticks or pebbles making their way into the shoe. They are very easy to walk in, and will not weigh much in my backpack.

Yes, they're water shoes, and I will use them in water when needed, but these shoes are so much more than that. They're extremely comfortable to wear, especially in warm weather, because they "breathe," and they can be used for walking, casual wear, on the boat, at the beach, pretty much anywhere except with a tuxedo ... although they would probably be a good conversation-starter if you did. I ordered the shoes in black with white on the bottom and am very happy with how they look. I wear 10.5 in a men's shoe, that's what I ordered, and these are just a bit larger, in the sense that they have a bit of extra toe room, which I find actually enhances the comfort level. If you order a pair, I suggest ordering in your normal size. The price is very reasonable for the high quality, high-comfort shoes that you get. Because they are so soft and flexible, my only concern would be how they will hold up over many months and years. But so far, so good. absolutely worth five stars.
