It comes in a vacuum sealed bag so I removed and let breathe as per the instructions. I then put in my dryer on fluff and it puffed up a lot more than I expected for a lightweight. It also comes with a storage/ dust bag! It’s very soft and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought and returned a lot of duvet inserts, I am VERY picky about my bedding. We spend a lot of time in bed, sleeping, relaxing, etc… your bed should be comfortable and a place you WANT to be. This duvet insert (just the insert, not the cover, you’ll need to buy a cover separately) is so cozy, and it makes the slight crisp noise that the covers do at nice hotels. I love love love sleeping under this duvet insert. It fluffed up quickly after opening, was shipped well, and didn’t smell at all. We have a king size bed, so I bought a California King size insert because I wanted it to hang over the sides more. I’m not disappointed At All, I 500% recommend this. My bf sleeps cold and I sleep warm and we’re both happy under it. The weight to it is nice too (I bought the “all seasons” option), it’s slightly weighted so you can really feel it on you, but you don’t feel overwhelmed.

I’ve had this comforter for 1 week. I’ve had to vacuumed multiple times because I find these little brown and white feathers. It’s an amazing, fluffy comforter but you need a cover. Also I noticed there was no odor to it when I opened it.

The media could not be loaded. 1st off, I want to say that this duvet is VERY well made as far as quality. It is very soft, and stitched well. However, I am disappointed about the weight. I ordered the 'Winter' weight, which is supposedly heavier than the, 'All-Season' weight. I like to have some weight, that cradles around my body. Like the ones in hotels, that feel like you are in a soft cocoon, if you will. This just floats over your body, being that there was the bare minimum down, and feathers,filled in the individual square quilted pockets. I am not sure if I received the All-Season weight by accident because, I also ordered the Dark gray color, but was sent the Frost gray. Which to me is similar to if you wash something white, with something dark, and get that "off white'ish" color, w/a gray tint/hue to it. I would have given this 5⭐'s if the fill was more generous for the price, and I received what I actually ordered. Edit... Customer Service promptly,(LESS THAN 24hrs),contacted me via email about the 2 issues I had about their product. That ALONE, upgrades them to 5⭐s. They pulled all the stops, to make things right. EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! I also want to add that I did receive the 'Winter Weight', it just wasn't heavy enough for MY liking. The only mistake was the color.

I was hesitant to buy a duvet insert without feeling/ seeing it first, but decided to take the chance since I had been searching high and low for one that wasn’t too heavy or hot. I ordered the queen sized winter insert hoping that would allow it to be on the fluffier side. I’m glad I went with that one because it is fluffy but not excessively warm during the summer months. It gave my bed that extra bit of luxury I was hoping for.
