I am a man with a big head . This works much better for me than the blue men’s headgear . This one will be tight the first couple of nights, but will then stretch to a point where it will be comfortable, but tight enough to stay in place . I’ve been struggling with the men’s blue headgear for years . They are inconsistent in size from order to order, and never stay snug . The last two men’s headgear i ordered needed the adjustment clips right away, and my head is xxl ! I was mistakenly sent the women’s model on a previous order. The difference in quality is huge . Guys, if you can’t get the men’s version to work well, try this one . It is much more durable and retains its elasticity much much longer .

Exactly what I needed and at a better price than I could find anywhere else. The original strap stretched a bit too much and I got to a point where I couldn't re-shrink it by washing and drying it so I purchased this strap with high hopes. It is exactly what I needed (no need to replace the plastic parts of the set). I am very happy with this purchase and sleep much better with a better fitting nasal mask.

With full mask I got wrinkles and rashes on my face. Also the air pressure made fluttering noise around the mask. With nose plugs, I get no wrinkles or rashes or fluttering. Much better after a couple of nights of adjustments. It does stretch out after a while, but it's worth it to avoid full mask problems.

CPAP items are expensive and this is no exception. But it is the lightest and most comfortable nasal mask strap I’ve tried. The material is soft on my skin which is quite sensitive. Easy to throw in the washing machine. I’ve adjusted the sizing to suit me a bit more with a couple of stitches I’ve sewn in.

Since this product has to be replaced every six months or so buying it here saves me money. It fits well, cleans well, and lasts longer than recommended use. I will keep buying them here.

Desperately needed replacement headgear strap for my C-pap. Too much of a hassle to get through my new insurance....would need appointment with Pulmonary Physician (with $50 copay) to get copy of sleep study and prescription for supplies, find supplier that participates with my insurance, order supplies, wait for delivery, and pay out of picket whatsver insurance didn't cover. Able to order what I needed on Amazon, and total cost was about the same as it would have been if I had gone the other route, and I got them faster!

I used this mask at a sleep study and immediately wanted to use it full time. It is comfortable and you hardly notice it's there, except for the nasal pillows...they have to for snugly. My only complaint is that the band's for your head stretch out more quickly than the replacement is allowed by my insurance, so being able to get another one on Amazon is very helpful.
