This is an inflatable bed that kids would actually want to get into. My nephews enjoyed laying and playing in this bed. They used their imagination as though they were actually driving. The bed was easy to inflate. I used a pump from another bed as a pump is not included with this one. It did a good job at retaining air. It’s definitely durable as it stood up to the not so gentle handling it received. The lights are a nice touch but it has to be plugged in to work. Would have been great if it were something rechargeable. Still it’s a good quality, looks great and works well and is kid approved. It folds down pretty small when not in use and is easy to store. It’s a good value for the cost.

Product description needs some work. It says no tools required in the description, but it needs a pump (not included) to set it up. It also shows kids camping outside in the bed on the box, but the instructions inside say for indoor use only.

So to start off, I will say my kids absolutely love this and they all three were really excited to use it. They range in age from 2 to 11 so it’s definitely something that can be used for a long period of time depending on the age of your kids and also some thing I can see kids of all different ages really enjoying. You need a pump to set this up I know reading the instructions, says that you don’t need any tools but you need a pump, I was a bit confused at first, because when it said no tools needed, I assumed that it had a built-in pump. That is not the case. It took us a little bit to fill it up with our air compressor but once it was filled, it held air very well. It did not deflate or lose air or firmness, anything of that nature, and held the air in very well. I did see users say some thing about not having a sheet to put on it. We’re fortunate enough that we have a little ones so we have like crib sheets or play yard sheets, which actually happen to fit well on the mattress for this, but I can see the issue if you don’t have a younger child that and have those on hand, it would be a pain in the butt . The lights are quite bright and I wasn’t super fond of the fact that I had to stay plugged in the entire time. I wish there was a way that you could charge it and then leave it unplugged and the lights would still work, but unfortunately, I couldn’t figure that out if that is some thing that you can do with it. I did not see anything about that overall though it’s really fun and my kids look forward to us inflating every once in a while and having a slumber party in it so it’s a great value and is well-made and I do think it would last a long time.
