I may have a resolution on this… Whenever I put my OEM battery in with these batteries it does not charge in the charger, but when I take my OEM battery out and just charge these batteries, it works… So I’m happy with that.

I charged the new battery and ran it down to 5% - Worked fine! Only problem, when I ordered it, they said it would arrive on Thursday, it didn't, it arrived on Wednesday!!! So, at 5:30am I was out getting ready for flying!

I recently purchased a DJI Air 3S fly more package that comes with 3 batteries in early June 2025. Right after my purchase, things changed with US customs and I was reading about people having their drones, etc., being held by customs and shortly after the DJI site went dark, meaning the site was up but DJI was not selling drones or accessories like batteries. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get additional batteries for my drone. Amazon was still selling DJI products but my fear was that when they were gone that was it. So i decided that i would get one more battery to fill out my set with three in the charger and one in the drone. I looked up batteries and and, at that time DJI batteries were expensive. Being the cheap bas**** that I am, I clicked on the "save with used like new" link and it took me to this vendor (or so i remember.) This battery was listed at an exceptional price, which i won't mention because they are not listed at that price any longer, and the battery i bought was listed as "last one." I originally thought I was buying a used DJI brand battery. Sure enough, after I bought it, it was showing "no longer available" (though they are available as of writing.) Anyway, I soon realized that it wasn't a DJI branded battery, so I was a little concerned about compatibility, since even in the DJI branded battery reviews people were complaining that the batteries were not recognized by the drone or controller. When I received it, without any delays, I put it in the charger and it fit and charged just as expected. I then put it in the drone, and was relieved that that were no compatibility issues. It appeared as any DJI battery. Still thinking in my mind that it was somehow a used battery, I was also pleasantly surprised that it appeared to be a completely new battery with zero cycles. Not sure about my confusion on that. As for functionality it seems like all of the other batteries that came with the drone. It is still new so I can't attest to the longevity at this point. It seems to last as long as all of the others, but I am in a high altitude area (8200 feet, 2500m) with a lot of wind that effects the battery life differently on any given day. At this point I would not hesitate to buy another of these batteries. EDIT: One difference I didn't notice at first, this battery weighs 295g where as the original batteries weigh 245g, so this battery weighs 50g more

I purchased two of these batteries on separate orders. Neither charges to 100%. One gives a battery connection error which makes me very nervous when flying long range. Losing my drone is not an option for me. I can not recommend these batteries for that reason. It may be a better choice to pay the additional cost, and purchase the original DJI batteries instead.

Works well in Air3S and had basically the exact same flight time as the DJI batteries, although it does weigh more than the DJI battery(50 grams or 20% more). It also does not work with the Air3S "quick transfer" mode which allows you to transfer files off of the drone without it actually being powered up fully. To test the flight time I let the drone hover until it landed itself and took measurements every 5 minutes to take note of the battery percentage. These tests were both done on the same day with brand new (0 cycle) batteries. Air3s Tests DJI Original battery - Total hover time until forced landing - 33 minutes 7 seconds JHTC - Total hover time until forced landing - 32 minutes 10 seconds Weight DJI Original - 245 grams JHTC - 295 grams Takeoff weight (Air3s) DJI Original - 727 grams JHTC - 777 grams

Works well but does not charge in the DJI docking station, so I have had to charge the battery while it is in the drone directly. Inconvenient, but it works so far. I film a lot and charging in the docking station is 10x easier. I would he glad to give a 5 🌟 review if that was fixed.
