I like that it can do the math and covert flow rate to volume rate. I wish that the sensor had more blades to be able to take readings at lower flow rates. Order this December 2021, to read CFM's on dust collections for wood working, I couldn't figure out how to work it so I gave it to my son to figure out and teach me, will that never happen so today I got it back and to my amazement figure it out, put it on an 8" suction and it read around 1400 CFM then I reduced it down to 4" reset it for 4" and put it in the middle and it errored out, so tried it again but slower watching the CFM's and somewhere around 1000 CFM's one of the blades got sucked off, now don't get me wrong it was screaming, so thought no big deal I will get a new fan blade. Wrong so far, I have not found any support for any parts, Hope someone reads this and can help me out, because I think it was working well, I have several dust collectors that I want to check. ... show more

This unit is off poor quality. The only way to get a reading is that I have to hold the USB plug a certain way or else I get no reading. Also, how about some instructions on how to calculate cfms? Which that is the main reason I purchased this unit. I had to Google it.

Three were getting too much air and two were getting too little air flow to stay comfortable.
