I received my original case really quick but it came in taped up in plastic. It was broken by the area in the charger and the top of the phone part. It was also defective and not made properly. The frame was missing pieces during production..missing parts that looked like a hey had been shaved off. Anywho I immediately when in here and reported that my item came defective. Listed the reasons and they emailed me a label to send it back. I got my replacement within the next few days and it's one of the best products out there. It's rugged, tough and protects every inch of my phone. I'm didnt know but it also came with a screen protector which is a bonus. I will continue to buy products from this seller. Definitely my favorite case so far. After trying a silicone, clear plastic and finally this one I am finally satisfied with the protection on my phone. I decided against using the included screen protector due to issues with fingerprint recognition but kept the factory installed protector. This case provides a larger gap between the camera bump and the back of the case than any other case I've seen. The only drawback to this case is that with an already large phone when you add this case it can feel pretty massive. I've added a popsocket and have thoughts of adding a second one. Pro tip: Adhesive that comes with the popsocket will not stick to the rubbery case. I suggest using a bit of strong super glue and letting it fully cure. ... show more

I bought this case in July 2025, about a month ago, for a little under $11. Since then, I've dropped my phone several times on cement, wood, and brick surfaces and it's been fine! It's also pretty thin and comfortable to hold. But it's mostly smooth, so it doesn't have the best grip to it. Also, most of my phone cases have made it harder to press the power and volume buttons. I'm not sure what's different, but so far this case has had no issues with that! The 2 piece hard plastic shell has clasps to hold it together, which I was a bit surprised by. I'm not sure whether they can handle much opening and closing, so keep that in mind if you take your case off frequently. Overall, a surprisingly sturdy phone case, especially considering the price. I definitely recommend it for anyone who needs basic protection for everyday use. ... show more

I saw a couple of reviews stating the case doesn't make contact with the buttons on the Note10 but convinced myself those were isolated issues due to the number of positive reviews. Alas, actually no contact with volume buttons, making this very nice and very sturdy case useless. It's too much of a pain to return this to a UPS Drop-off or Amazon locker in these days of virus so I will suck up the cost. I guess I'll try taking a knife to it to expose the phone's actual buttons. Shame, because I love the look of it and it feels good when it's on the phone. Looks like it would provide excellent protection. Edited to add that Frankenstein-ing the case didn't work. The hard interior shell sets the buttons too far away from the gel portion of the case to allow you to make contact. After examining the purchase I cut out, I'm still not sure why it doesn't makr contact. It appears to be lined up correctly and the depth of the rubber contacts seems correct. I can only assume the gel portion is just slightly enough distorted that it's preventing the contact to be effective. ... show more

It keeps my phone from breaking, but, after less than 6 months it's already falling apart on the sides and plastic hanging off. The screen protector lifts up on the side too instead of remaining sticky.
