I’ve seen a fair amount of reviews saying the elastic is tight and I can agree. The skirt fits well, the only downside is the elastic at the waist. I believe no matter what size you get, the elastic will always be the issue. Fabric isn’t too soft, but it’s stretchy and flows nicely.

The skirt is beautiful and true to size. It is SHORT. If I bend forward, there is nothing left to imagine because you can see everything. I purchased shorts to go under it. The material is soft, and the waist band will keep the skirt in place. Good quality for the price. Non-see-through crisp white color is comfortable, light, flowy & perfect in every way, for every occasion, large elastic waist band, quality fabric is very good & sown together good, seems are good & strong, I sized up 3 sizes...it runs small, but I needed extra room for wearing biking/cycling padded shorts under it & needed the waistline looser, but sizing up one or 2 sizes would have been enough. soft, wrinkle resistant, true to size-- however I'll say they're a bit see through. Careful what underwear/shorts you have on under. Also, the waistband is not as thick as pictured. I used this for a cosplay.
