I looked a long time for a well made and real looking artificial plant! This artificial agave plant is exactly what I have been looking for! It really does look real! The only con for me was the height. I could have used a 6 foot plant but because this one looked so real and was so nicely shaped, I bought it anyway. We were able to buy a big enough pot for it and build it up with rocks to add the additional foot of height I needed in my room. Love the agave plant!

I pretty much only have artificial plants in my home because I can't be trusted with the real ones - unless it's a succulent it will probably die when left in my care, no matter how hard I try. In any case, I like that this is artificial but I love that it doesn't automatically LOOK artificial. I truly think it looks nice, and maybe you can tell it's artificial if you're really looking at it up close - but most people probably aren't going to be able to tell it's fake, especially if you put this in a different pot (which I plan on doing). The only thing I'm unsure of is the "reshaping" aspect of it - supposedly the branches have mini wires? I'm not necessarily convinced they do - when I try to reshape this it really doesn't feel like there are wires involved, and it doesn't reshape super easily (but I'm also afraid to pull too hard because I don't want the leaves to snap off). But even just right out of the box this looks pretty good, and doesn't need a ton of reshaping - I was mostly just trying to fan it out a bit. But nothing looked squished! Overall I love the look of this and I think this tree adds so much to my home. Highly recommend.

The "AfanD Artificial Tree 5.3ft Faux Agave Plant with 3 Head" is the latest addition to our growing faux tree and plant collection. The AfanD agave tree is currently displayed near the entrance way to our home. It does look very real, especially from a distance -- so much so that a neighbor commented favorably about it as though it were real. The illusion of being real, I believe, is supported by having the artificial agave tree in a nice planter. In the case of this AfanD version, it actually *needs* to be displayed in a larger container because the bottom of the plastic container in which it arrived is rounded, and enough so that it cannot stand upright on its own. In fact, as I was taking a photo of it outside, having propped in up with rocks, a moderate gust of wind knocked it over. It slammed to the ground before I could catch it. The rounded bottom is a problem if you're thinking of displaying it on its own, inside or outside, without a larger container. By the way, after you place it in a larger/heavy pot or other container, you can put gravel or small rocks around the plastic pot to stabilize the tree. The reason why I'm rating this latest addition to our collection at 4 stars is because we have a smaller faux agave plant, also with 3 heads, and the smaller one has certain features and details that make it look even more lifelike. If we didn't have the smaller version, with even greater attention to detail, I'd be rating the AfanD tree at five stars.

I haven't found a pot I wanted to put it in yet but, this plant looks insanely realistic I love it. The leaves are adjustable to get the desired look they are a sturdy plastic the branch detail is amazing. Its nice to not have to worry about forgetting to water it. 10/10

Awesome faux agave tree. They nailed everything about it…..the color and thickness of the leaves, the fullness of the whole plant and the stems too….you truly can’t tell it’s not real. I just want to buy a taller decorative pot to put it in and cover with soil….that’s the trick to fooling everyone. Absolutely no caring required. You don’t have to worry about watering, too much or too little sunlight and especially no bugs. It’s a really nice tall tree. Worth the cost since I’ll have it forever. Great job on this one!

You know that with a lot of these you never quite know what you’re gonna get - this is a great faux plant. It is a good tall size and it’s a strong visual, quality foliage, natural looking. Great product, lives in my office and I definitely recommend.
