I just bought second one. My first one held up well for what it went through. I had to wash it often because I have color-treated hair, and the suction cups came off after 18ish months and many washes in its bag in the washing machine. It is really comfy, and the suction cups are strong, so I bought another one.

This is a well-made bathtub pillow and is comfortable, it's just too small for my needs. I need something that will support my lower back as well. This will support the lower back or head but not both. It is almost child sized. I thought it might work. I will look for something much longer. If you just need the neck/head support, it will work for you.

The media could not be loaded. I am happily surprised by this purchase. I’m pretty picky about my neck position, and this bathtub pillow was a good choice for me. It doesn’t push my chin out. I feel like I can relax in the bathtub. I don’t have to brace myself when leaning back anymore. The pillow material is not plastic or silky. That means it’s not cold when I lean back into it. The material is sort of a netting, which I thought would be too prickly, but it’s not. I do notice that it’s a netting material, but it doesn’t itch me or bother me. And I am pretty sensitive. The suction cups are large, about the size of a half dollar. After my first bath, I noticed that I had not affixed the sixth suction cup onto the wall. But it didn’t make a difference. The pillow held up with no problem at all. No sliding or anything. The width is just fine. I feel completely supported — and I am pretty broad shouldered. I did not notice any smells when I opened the package. I have a very sensitive nose. The pillow came with a bag, which I presume you put it in to wash? Or maybe it’s a second netting? I didn’t read the directions. I would buy this again, for me or even as a gift for someone else.

Comfy and works okay, but one of the suction cups had come loose and is almost fallen off. There are 5 more, but still. Not the highest quality. Water stains on it, so you have to wash it.

This pillow is very comfortable and has exceeded my expectations. I have found that the suction cups do slip a bit as time passes, but not sufficiently to impede the overall performance of the product. I think this is a great buy for solving a problem. I have to spend a lot of time in the tub to alleviate back pain, and this pillow really makes it a whole lot more comfortable.
