This vail...I don’t even know where to begin. I almost bought almost the exact same vail at a bridal boutique last month for FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. I found this one on Amazon and was like, “hmm, well this is only $13, I’m going to order it and have my family see me with it on so I know if I want to splurge for the one at the boutique.” To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes because of the price tag. It came in the mail before the expected shipping date, which was a huge bonus. It came neatly packaged and the tool had no snags or tears. My grandma and I unfolded it and even she commented on how high quality it was for the price. The lace trim was neat and looked very nice. And the comb for my hair is a thicker plastic, perfect for an updo or half-up hairstyle. It’s a true white. Which isn’t really what I’m looking for but honestly, I think I am going to use it for my wedding. You can’t beat $13 for a well made cathedral length vail. It sets about 5-6 feet behind me. It’s gorgeous and even in my street clothes, people have seen this picture of me with it on and commented on how expensive and beautiful it looks. Definitely worth the money and more!

I almost choked when I heard the price of a cathedral veil at the bridal salon I bought my dress from - $250! I opted to look on Amazon and I’m glad I did. I ordered the cathedral length in Ivory. The veil that arrived was definitely more on the white side which had me nervous at first since my dress was an ivory/champagne color. Despite the color difference, I decided to go with it because I could justify spending more money on something that is only worn for the ceremony and pictures. I’m so glad I did! The veil looked BEAUTIFUL! With the fabric of the veil being so thin, the color difference wasn’t a big deal AT ALL! If you’re on the edge because of the color not matching your dress, don’t be. Also, the quality of the veil was great. That thing got dragged through grass, dirt, two hole in the wall bars and the first part of the reception. When I looked at it the day after the reception, it looked brand new - no snags or tears (and suprisingly no dirt). I can’t recommend this veil enough!

I am absolutely thrilled with this veil. I wanted a Cathedral length veil to add drama, but I absolutely could not justify spending $400 on a veil. Then, I checked to see if Amazon had any on a whim and here it is. I’m absolutely stunned at the quality. I had gone to several different bridal boutiques to look at veils and this veil could be in there with a $400 price tag and not look out of place. It frames the face beautifully with the comb, and it was a perfect match with my light ivory pearl colored dress. I can’t recommend it enough. I even bought a second one so that my photographer and I could do some real cool veil shots during my bridal portraits and not have to worry about wrecking the one I would wear at the ceremony. It’s traditional and just lovely.

I was shocked by how beautiful this veil is! In fact, when I tried it on with with my dress at the shop the consultant asked where I found it and when I told her it was less than $20 on Amazon she was floored! The comb is well attached and comfy. The finishing is not super high quality, but even as an OCD bride I admit you cannot tell unless examining very closely. The only con is it’s listed as 108 inches and it is not. It’s probably about a foot shorter than that

I knocked off 1 star because it's not as pictured - the lace does not continue all the way around the veil. I took off another 2 stars because of how terrible it smelled right out of the bag. I tried to air it outside but I couldn't even stand to be within 6 feet of it. 1 took off the final star because of the color being too stark white than ivory. Bummed because the lace detail was what I was looking for. Unfortunately, this veil did not meet my expectations, so I'm returning. The smell alone makes this unwearable.

I didn’t like that it has a plastic comb instead of metal comb. Upon opening, some part of the fabric is already coming off of the plastic comb. It could be fixed with glue but I didn’t bother since I’m going to return it. The design is beautiful from afar, but the veil can quickly snags onto carpet and collect dirt. You’ll need to find a way to secure this veil. Out of many that I tried, I think this comb tends to slip off my hair often.

Wasn't sure I needed a veil. And I wasn't going to even do a veil at all until I came across this one. It just stood out and drew me in. My dress was champagne so I ordered a champagne veil. It came and it was a lot whiter than expected which I was not a fan of at all. But it was so gorgeous I was bound to make it work. But you could tell if you looked closely next to my dress they were totally different colors . Another problem I had was the comb came.off the moment I took it out of the bag. I didn't even try it oh. Just removed it from the bag. Which was fusterating. Thank God a little hot glue could fix that issue. Overall the veil was stunning and I got a lot of comments on how stunning it was. My photographer was obsessed with it. And the lace blended well with my dress. I only wish the champagne was actually the right color and the comb was attached better. But I'd buy again and recommend
