Very, very happy with this robe. Bought the champagne/beige color, and it is very pretty. Although not silk, it feels soft and very good quality for the price point. Stitching is good and I was quite surprised by how well done it is. I wanted a lightweight robe for the summer and this works well. It has an inner tie to hold one side closed, but because the fabric is so “slippery” the other side does have a tendency to slide open, even when crossed fully over and pulled tightly shut. This means that I have to keep adjusting it, which I don’t mind, but I’d imagine some people would find it annoying. There are no pockets, which some won’t like, but I like it because it doesn’t add extra fabric. I also really like that this is one of the few that is listed as machine washable, so that is a major plus. ... show more

I bought this for use as a travel robe. I loved the print and color, for one. Secondly, the sizing is a bit off for me. I'm 5'2" and the length is actually fine. That's the normal issue for me -- well-fitting lengths. In this case, it's the fact that the robe keeps opening up, and I have to keep retying it multiple times. There is an inside tie, and I have used it as well as the outside tie. It just keeps falling open. I wear XL P or 1X P size, so if you are larger than that it might stay closed on you. I think it's prob. just too big on me. However, the price is right, and it was a risk which I was wiling to take. I wish I could leave it a 5 star, but the fit...one size does not fit all. Since I just intended to use it for travel, it will be sufficient. It's possible I could have it altered, but I didn't want to incur an additional costs on it. I haven't washed it yet, and doubt it will shrink much. Very pretty though. ... show more

I almost never leave reviews. Only in rare cases, when something exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the quality of the kimono robe is excellent, the fabric is thick, the shades are very beautiful. The tailoring quality of the robe is top notch. The robe is very beautiful and elegant.

I was disappointed with this. To begin, the size runs small. I got a 2x because I wanted it to be big and rooms. It fits more like a Large. Then the waist-tie is short, literally just long enough to to tie in a knot. It is also very hot when wearing it, so if you thought like i did, it would be good for summer, you would be wrong. ... show more
