The first time I used it, it gave me an electrical shock. After that I honestly believe that it was non-functional. I had a physical therapist test it for ultrasound waves and there were none. I sent it back 10 days ago and have not gotten my refund

This machine is really no different than the ones at a chiropractor or physical therapy office. Ten minutes on my knees and I can walk. I use this machine weekly after suffering a career ending injury. This is a must if you have bad arthritis or sore back and joints. I used a similar ultrasound machine before and it worked great, so I bought it. However, it turned out this product is defected/remanufactured. Intensity light kept changing that I was unable to select Continuous/Pulse as needed. Returning policy was such a hassle….never buy again.
