Horrible customer service I've been begging for help for the past month because the item doesn't fit my horse properly and causes him pain and they don't care. I've contacted the seller who offered $30 but no return and refund and I filed a claim which was denied. I've been jumping through hoops to get a refund and purchase a saddle that would fit but I've been met with excuses on both end. Amazon hasn't made anything better either, promising I can get a refund and that our purchases as Amazon customers are covered but then denied a refund with my claim.
