I’m 5’4 and the dress was a little long for me so I had it taken up a little in length. Other than that I believe it was true to size ( I purchased size 8) I achieved the classy and formal look I was going for and received so many compliments throughout the evening . I ordered this dress for a mother of the groom dress, and it's very beautifully made. It was packed nicely and there were no sequins falling off, maybe a couple. It fits perfectly and it's beautiful, but I'm very disappointed in the color. It's shown as being rosy in the picture, but it looks light brown or dark beige. You can detect a very slight hint of rose, but that's all. I would send a picture, but I noticed that when I do take a picture of it it shows up as rose. Very misleading. However, I also ordered one in champagne and I might keep that one. It's pretty close to white and the bride suggested that I not get anything in the same color as the wedding gown, so I'm not sure if it will work. Otherwise, beautiful dress! ... show more

Beautiful dress the fit at chest is a teeny bit tight but not enough to not keep it. This was not packaged correctly for such a beautiful dress so some of the beading has come off in packaging. I received a discount and I will fix it.
