Bought these with the intent of using them as support for my vegetables and vining plants. Since nothing has fully grown up yet, I can’t tell if this will work but I certainly love the look. It’s exactly how I envisioned it. Directions: Directions are ok but not the clearest. My advice is start at one end and continue all the way to the other side, left to right or right to left. I tried to work faster by putting together both straight ends first then adding the curve and that was a mistake. The poles in the drawing look the same so I thought what is the harm. if you do both sides and try to connect, the bars won’t go inside each other. I had to undo everything and start over. Quality control: It didn’t help that they sent one set missing a bar at the top. Since they sent me a new one, and I didn’t check prior to starting myself, I didn’t deduct anything from it but quality control needs to be better. Nothing worse than putting together everything to find your last piece is missing. Time: took me about 1-1.5hrs to put together 2 of these by myself. Quality: these are a little flimsy and move all over when you are putting it together but we taped two arches together which made it sturdier. Since these were for raised beds, the soil is keeping them in place in the ground. I do not know yet if it can withstand any actual hanging veggies or not since I just started my fall garden. Great value! Super easy to put together and instructions were clear. Even comes with a small screwdriver. An actual one not an Allen key. Will be using in the garden as veggie support so will see how it holds up to some minimal weight but so far like the look for the cost.

Very easy to assemble and so far I have seen no rust in the 2 months it has been outside. It has been the perfect trellis for my beans and cucumbers. Only knocked down one star as it is a bit wobbly, even buried a foot deep. But fir the price it is perfect.

My friends were getting married and their venue of choice was a sandbar halfway through a canoe trip on the Wisconsin River. I figured the setting deserved to be as beautiful as their marriage so I bought this archway and a couple packs of white balloons. The thing only cost $25, it had mediocre reviews, and I was brining it camping. My expectations were pretty low. The package was delivered in a tiny box relative to its setup size. Two conflicting thoughts ran through my head when I looked at the package. The size and weight was perfect for packing into a canoe, but I grew increasingly concerned about its structural integrity. So halfway through the float trip, we found the perfect sandbar. I set the archway up with a friend, but it easily could have been a solo mission. It felt a bit rickety when setting up and a few components had to be coerced into place, nothing too alarming or unexpected. Again, it was only $25. Overall, it went together in about half an hour. We stand the archway up and shoved the bottom verticals into the sand as far as they’ll go. The archway became surprisingly stable. We covered the archway with balloons and added some ivy from a nearby fern gully. The archway looked immaculate. The wedding commenced right around sun set. Beautiful ceremony. Tears and smiles. Memories. Overnight, there was a huge storm. I woke up in the middle of the night in what I thought was a lake because the tent decided to leak. At sunrise, I escaped from the wreckage that was my tent and looked towards the archway. Most of the balloons had popped, but the archway stood strong. When I bought the thing, I wasn’t convinced I would get it assembled without it failing in some form or fashion. I never expected it to withstand the storm. I don’t know how much people typically spend on wedding venues, but it’s probably North of $25. ... show more

This isn't the most study of arches out there. I was looking for something lightweight that could be used in a unique scenario to provide support to some vining veggies. I think this will work, but only because I'm not using it to its full height. On its own it is very flimsy and without significant anchoring it will not stay standing. Exposure to any kind of elements and this thing will likely end up bent, twisted, or broken. It was a bit annoying to assemble, but not complicated. I'd recommend only using it as a balloon arch or with other lightweight decor for temporary situations. Even then, be sure you have a way to heavily secure the base or it will easily be knocked over. ... show more

Wow - been looking for an arched structure for two years now and stumbled on this one that looked much more sturdy than the cement structure wire thing that can be bent into an arch. I’m so happy with this. It was not difficult to put together but I wanted it for my morning glories that were climbing on other plants around my patio. It is very large when completed and didn’t seem stable with the bottom braces “pinned” down, so I took them off so that I could stick the arch in the ground 8” deep and that was perfect. Still plenty tall enough for EVERYONE and I could better “center” the arch over the entrance to my patio. For $25, it is perfect. So excited to use this as the ceremony arch for our wedding. It is a perfect size if you are looking for something larger than a standard garden trellis. I have a long train on my ballroom style dress, and it will work perfectly to balance out the florals and decor with us standing in front of it.
