My son has been interested in getting his own set of ice skates for an ice skating party he will be attending soon. I understand that they have rentals for these types of things, but he was looking for his own. We saw this set and he has been in love ever since. They fit his 10-year-old feet perfectly. There's plenty of padding in them, they come with protectors for the blades, and they also come with some accessories to help you adjust the ice skates as needed. It contains everything you need to get your son or daughter on the ice for the first time, and who knows, they might find a new love? I think they're high quality and worth a shot if you're in the market for ice skates.

I got these skates for my child, and they're amazing. The free shoe bag and fun stickers were a great bonus—my kid loved personalizing the skates. These are standard adjustable skates, very much like rollerskates. They come with an off brand blade guard so you don't have to worry about cuutting your hands and fingers when adjusting them or have to worry about dulling your blade between skate sessions. I can't say I expect these to last longdue to the very cheap components that are used on these skates. Please stay well below the weight restriction use an insole if your child has enough space in the boot and don't plan to use these for lessons. There is no skate instructor on the planet who actually cares about your child's safety and welfare that will recommend these slates be used during practices. Use these skayes for your child to learn basics and decide if ice skating is even for them, then at that point you can use them while looking for better quality ones to advance your skills. The boot itself is far too soft to provide proper support in the ankle and heel areas which can lead to injury if the person in question is untrained. These are really more like toys and should be used by lighter weighted children. Proceed with caution and adult supervison at all times.

I like these ice skates. I got them for my son. They are adjustable which is great for a child his age (he's five), as he outgrows shoes quickly. He says they're comfortable. They look nice on and seem like a nice set of skates for a beginner. I'd get them again for him.
