2 of the rods can't be used do to the threads for wing nuts are stripped. One of the rods has metal shard sticking up(see pictures. Not sure I would recommend.

I really likes to pinch when trying to get it in. Not very long so it’s really trying to pop out. Slow on the turn so you have to turn it a lot for it to move much. It works great. It took a minute to start feeling the stretch but was comfortable that entire time, I was able accomplish my goal. Whent in smoothly while closed easy pull out opened no struggle.
