Great Stability, Lightweight Feel, and Perfect for Intermediate Players I bought the Adidas Women’s CourtJam Control specifically for tennis, and they’ve turned out to be a fantastic upgrade from my previous court shoes. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they felt straight out of the box — firm enough for support, but cushioned enough that I didn’t need a long break-in period. After a few matches, they molded nicely to my feet and stayed comfortable during long rallies. Where these shoes really shine is stability. The side-to-side support is excellent, which is something I rely on during quick lateral movements and fast changes of direction. I feel planted and confident when pushing off the baseline or chasing down wide shots. The outsole grip is also impressive — it handles both hard courts and smooth indoor surfaces without slipping. Breathability is solid too. The mesh upper keeps my feet cooler than most tennis shoes I’ve used, and even after a couple of hot outdoor matches, they never felt overly sweaty or heavy. The shoes are also surprisingly lightweight, which helps reduce fatigue during longer sessions. Great shoe, excellent quality and love the little bit of gold and silver. Will match a lot of different outfits. I recommend ordering 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear. These run large. I had to do an exchange.

Out of the box these were comfortable and provided great support. But if you’re a dedicated tennis player they don’t last. Our daughter plays Varsity on her HS team and these only lasted 3 weeks into the season before she wore a hole right through the bottom of the toes. She loved the look and feel. When I work out, I'm doing quick movements sometimes back-and-forward and sometimes side-to-side. These are very sturdy and comfortable shoes for working out that both look good and support my feet like I need. I like the look and fit of them.

They do the job. Kept me balanced and stable while playing. They slide well on the court and are super comfy. Unfortunately, they were just a tad too big (not much but my feet are narrow), I think probably to accommodate foot taping. So I will be returning.
