These are slip ons so I don't know why they have laces. I didn't like the look of the laces tied so I tied them in a knot underneath and cut off the excess lace. Very comfortable shoe.

I have been barefoot for over 2 years, but I recently returned to the service industry and needed a pair of closed toe shoes in order to work. I ordered these 5 days before I started and I am extremely impressed. Being barefoot, I recognize how detrimental practically 99.9% of shoes are to the human body and gait. I threw all my shoes away 6 months ago because they hurt so bad on the rare occasion I had to wear them, and they were a constant source of frustration to keep around unused. When I realized I needed shoes to start this new job within the week, I almost ran to Payless (I live on an island so there's not really anywhere to buy somewhat affordable shoes besides Kmart) but thankfully I ordered the cheapest sneakers I could find. These were it! Thank goodness I did too, shipping was expedient and wow! These are some comfortable sneakers. I work a 10 hour shift and I am in no pain. To go from barefoot to no pain on my feet in shoes for 10 hours is extraordinary. I can't express enough just how comfy these shoes are. My only issue after a long shift is a slight pain in the top of my feet but I do not fault the shoe design, this is most likely because I am walking wrong in these shoes due to past habits when I used to wear them all the time. Most shoes I tried in the past made blisters, these did not, they hurt my spine, these do not, and best of all these shoes come closer to barefoot walking than Keens and Zero shoes did. I can still walk on the balls of my feet pretty easily and even when I get into sneaker mode and drop on my heel first, these have ample cushion to protect my spine. ADIDAS THANK YOU!!!! I won't be wearing them outside of work, but you have made me a very happy woman at work, and for that I can't express my gratitude enough. Cheapest comfiest quickest to arrive shoes I've ever worn, and I used to wear a lot of shoes prior to my barefoot choice. These take the cake! You will not regret this purchase.

I bought this pair to replace an old pair of walking shoes I had. The shoes are comfortable and cute so I am pleased to find an identical pair online. However it feels a little too large. A size reduction of 0.5 is recommended.
