They are very soft, light and comfortable. I usually take a 7.5 but because they are wide fit I should have ordered a 7 When I first put them on they feel like they fit but then after a few hours they feel a little big. Over all I love the sneaker. I have pain on the bottom of my heels and this sneaker seems to help so the pain isn't as bad. I have tried a lot of different sneakers lately and so far these has helped the best. Didn't completely make them feel pain free but relieved enough pain that I bought a second pair. ... show more

I ordered a pair for myself and they were fine ! So I ordered a set for my daughter in the gray. I opened to check them and found the paper inserts were taken out and that there was hair and n the shoes and box. It totally grossed me out. And looking closer I found two bugs, not sure what they were and hopefully not bed bugs!!!!! I am sending back and will reorder and hopefully get a brand new pair that no one tried on. I’m giving these 2 stars because of my personal experience; I am returning my 3rd order because they are NOT true to size for me. I ordered a 9. Too big. I ordered a 8.5, too big. I ordered an 8, still too big! Now I’m debating if I want to place a 4th order for a size 7.5! My feet have been true to size between 8.5 & 9. Not sure what the deal is with these.
