Purchased my usual size 8. Length is true to size, fit maybe a little on the wide side. The “cloudfoam” insert is a joke - flat and hard - so plan to exchange the insole if you want any kind of support. Wouldn’t wear these to work out but wear them on an hour long walk the day I got them (after changing the insole) and they were very comfortable.

I had to return the size 8 even though that is what I normally wear in Adidas running sneakers. I would say they run about 1/2 size big. They look great with running pants, jeans and even a cute dress. Very comfortable and they feel solid on your feet.

I must have purchased 6 pairs of shoes at this point for this job. The uniform prefers white leather and you’d think that would be easy…but it’s not. They’ve either been too big, too stuff, too uncomfortable, too noisy…:but then I got these and they’re perfect. At first I thought they were too big because there was slippage at the back heel. I laced them all the way to the top which I don’t normally do. That completely fixed the problem. Then I thought they might be too flat and hard. I’m used to wearing the Cloudform Pure and QT running shoe (both Adidas) but they’re fabric and stain in white (as I’ve found out, even after spray n wash, bleach and washing multiple times). BUT, after wearing for two 9 hr shifts in a row my feet hurt so much less at the end of the night. The bottom soles are definitely not slip resistant so be careful with that. Also, the pair I received did not have the metal eyelets, which I like better and are the updated version apparently with the honeycomb sole. I went on the Adidas website and checked. Eyelets are a little dated anyway and the no eyelets are a sleeker look and I don’t have to worry about them chipping. They’re not incredibly lightweight compared to the the Pure and QT but even with a bad ankle from a Class 3 sprain in Oct of last year, I haven’t had any pain or extra stress thus far. In fact by the end of the night I haven’t noticed the pain I was experiencing with the other white sneakers I’ve trying out. Word of advice: no show and low socks (even those with silicone backing) get pulled down. Now I’m just wearing full crew socks with cool patterns and stuff instead and reorder my chinos (yes…chinks *sigh* in the short size for a semi crop kinda look. It actually looks super cute with these shoes. All in all, they won’t be for everyone but they are comfortable for like 15k steps in 9 hrs (sometimes 10) look sleek, and perform well.

CONS: The top of the heel curves inward. This causes two problems. If you wear these shoes loose, your heel will rub and the inside of the shoe will wear down. The shoe also rubs on your heel causing no show socks to come off. You need socks that are higher on the ankle or you will get blisters on top of blisters. Every pair I’ve had has done this. It lessens over time, but they *never* get broken in enough to not give you blisters. 6 years and 4 pairs later and I STILL get blisters if they aren’t tightened just right and my socks aren’t high enough. Know that’s how it is and you’ll be fine. PROS: As you can see from my photos, I have ankle braces. Not all shoes will work with them and look stylish. You can loosen the laces and the sides spread to work with orthotics. I’ve been wearing Adidas Advantage with cloudfoam shoes for years and I keep buying them. They fit true to size and are my every day, walking all over town, doing everything in them shoes. Mine are really dirty in my pictures to show you how much wear and tear they get on a regular basis. This particular pair is almost two years old. I’m here to buy more, but a pair of shoes lasting two years considering how hard I am on them and how much they are worn is awesome. If you are hard on your shoes like I am, they are very easy to clean. I use baby wipes (the kind without alcohol). Good as new.

Good for short wear, not all day around an amusement park. Caused blisters above my heels at the end of day, but maybe they weren’t meant for such long wear. Cute otherwise.
