These shoes are not comfortable to stand in all day. By day two my feet were killing me. Bought some padded inserts and now they are tolerable. Shoes seem a bit narrower that my last pair of slip ons. Where the elastic meets the arch is the most narrow point. The construction is good but they are not the most comfortable shoe. There is a padded band around the top of the opening that I don’t care for. The heel is not very deep and the back of my heel pops out when walking. Amazon should do an analysis to see how often this specific running shoe is being returned. This is the only shoe that I bough in a while were a size of 9.5 means 7.5 in width dimension

The shoe has a very slim interior that squeezes the middle of your foot uncomfortably. Yet somehow, also manages to allow my heel to slip out. The rubber of the sole and the white of the canvas are also different shades, making the shoe gaudy to look at. Poorly designed and not meant for normal human feet. Shoe fits great. It does hug the middle of your foot, so if you have wide feet, maybe go wide or something different. They feel great for awhile but long walks, like mall shopping or tourist trips are not recommended. After awhile your feet will start to hurt and you can’t wait to take them off.
