It's a bit disheartening to see the way Amazon often handles your packages, and here when you buy a big brand item, especially shoes, you expect them in their box. They came in a plastic bag, sort of vulgar. In addition to the fact that it took more than 2 days for the delivery despite the fact that I have a prime subscription, I live downtown of a big city with an Amazon warehouse close-by, I should have simply gone to a store to get them in their box without waiting. Now I did chat with customer service who guaranteed I had a brand new item, it wasn't a return, just an accident. Fine, and they gave me a 20% discount which I appreciate because I did not want to sent them back when they fit me and I like them and I waited! Onto the shoes themselves, I finally caved, they are so soft and comfortable, do size down a bit. I'm in-between a 6 and 7, or 37-38 in Europe, I went with a 6 (or 37 EU) and they fit nicely and I did read that they loosen quite a lot with time. So happy with those shoes, I rarely treat myself with big brand shoes, go for it!

I ordered 3 pairs of white sneakers from Amazon try before you buy and these were the winners. I was planning to take these on a 2-week trip to Europe and I was not feeling confident that they would be super comfortable, but they were great! After just a couple of days in them, they became my go-to shoe for the trip. I've been a slip-on Vans person for many years, but I'm too old now and they hurt my feet after long walks. These are great replacements. My first sneaker in this style since I was a teenager, but I ended up seeing them everywhere - so I was happy to be comfortable while also not being completely off-trend!!
