I had a pair over 10 years ago, I couldn't find any since then. Just like the shell toe with white , instead of the usual all black shell toe, with white stripes. Think the white toe looks overall better.

I feel like a kid again. Last time I had a pair of these exact shoes, I was playing basketball in the grammar school league. Was shopping for the same in Black but with shipping, this Adidas Superstar model was selling in the neighborhood of $100. These are full leather and the traditional round toe design which is even better for me since I have a wider foot.     • Comfortable, except for stiff tongue
When it comes to sneakers, I am strictly Old School, and I have been a fan of Adidas Superstar "clamshells" since I was in the 10th grade, roughly 50 years ago. So when I saw a pair in my size for under $50, I ordered them right away. They are fine, except for one strange feature: the tongue is a little bit too long, and it's stiff. It feels like they put a piece of hard plastic inside it (they didn't, it just feels that way.) So when I first wore them, the tongue kept digging into the front of my ankle. Eventually, I floded the tongue in half and stuffed it into the shoe, and left it overnight, and it became more pliable. I can wear them now without any discomfort. ... show more
