I'm fully satisfied with the seller - the shoes were packaged securely and arrived promptly. I had read other reviews that indicated the shoes seemed to be a half size too big. That was not the case with me - I tried ordering a half size smaller and they were too small. Amazon made it easy to return them and I then ordered my normal size 12. The lacing pattern doesn't allow for heel lock ("Runner's Loop") lacing - not a deal breaker for me since I use the shoes just for walking. That might be a consideration for runners. ... show more

Love these shoes so much, they are what I expected but I did notice that while exercising the socks completely matter. I wore regular white hanes socks and it was hurting my feet, but once I switched to any other socks that isn't thin (I wore the adidas one) then it gets super comfortable.
