Purchased the Gortex version for running in perpetually wet morning grass. Best traction in wet grass of any shoe I have ever used. Very stable regarding pronation and supination as well. The Gortex specific shoe (black, white, silver, and orange color Gortex label) is excellent, especially at less than $60.00. Feet are staying perfectly dry. I think these shoes are decent running shoes. I always wear a size 8, and these shoes were a little too small for me. In addition, they felt a little flimsy. But overall, if they fit I think they would make a good running shoe.
