La Adidas Ultraboost 22 es una zapatilla versátil que genera debates sobre si es para correr o para uso diario debido a su diseño, peso y comodidad. La versión femenina se adapta a la biomecánica de la corredora con refuerzos internos y cambios en la lengüeta, talón, suela y "tunel media pattern" para mejorar el rendimiento. La versión masculina no cambia mucho en comparación al modelo 21, pero destaca por su reducción de peso en comparación con la versión anterior. En general, la Ultraboost 22 es cómoda y altamente amortiguada (más que el modelo 23), ideal para entrenamientos largos donde se busca protección para los pies. Aunque no está diseñada para saltos, es apreciada por su comodidad. Por todo lo anterior es que se considera una de las mejores zapatillas de máxima amortiguación de todo lo que ha salido en el año. Pros: - Uso ilimitado, tanto para correr, andar, gimnasio, cualquier actividad... - La suela es uno de los grandes elementos de esta zapatilla. Polivalente en diferentes superficies y terrenos - Tremendamente cómoda si el objetivo es rodar a ritmos suaves - Buena opción "recuperadora" para aquellos corredores de peso más ligero. - El reajuste en los paneles laterales consiguen mejor sujeción y evitan la fricción con el tejido Knit del upper en la zona de flexión. Contras: - Estrecha para pies anchos o empeines altos - Sigue siendo una zapatilla pesada a pesar de que el peso ha bajado de manera importante - La transpirabilidad del upper se ve bastante limitada en épocas de calor - Vemos poco productivo el uso de una pieza plástica (paneles) en las zonas laterales para favorecer la seguridad.
