These spikeless cleats fit true to size. They are a good shoe for the price. Do not expect much arch support in this model. I just started back to golf after a 10 year hiatus and wanted a less expensive shoe in case I decide not to keep playing (not likely). Originally thought it was too small. Asked for a return. Tried it on again and broke it in. I was wrong- fits great, it's a bit snug but that's good for Golf shoes. Would definitely recommend.
