He says it was comfortable to wear all day and it felt good to run around in during the day and in gym class. He wears a size 9, I purchased a size 8.5 and it still a tad bit large on the foot. He has plenty room to continue to grow into this show. I think these shoes are possibly the most comfortable and lightweight shoes I have ever owned. I'm on my feet all day, and am considering buying a 3rd pair of Kaptir 2.0's. As for working out, I'm sure they're fine. Buy these in any color, you won't be disappointed.

I bought these for officiating soccer. I am on my feet walking/running for four or five hours at a time on both turf and grass. My last pair (not Adidas) hurt my feet after the first hour, these helped my feet not hurt after four hours of constant movement. They feel durable and lightweight.
