The Shoe Looks Great and Fits Great. Very Comfortable. Super Light. However, as a 70-year old lifelong runner I find the sole too thin and overall design to wimpy to be a running shoe. I, personally, require something stouter to run in. I prefer a thicker stiffer sole with a more aggressive pattern on the outsole. I also, like more toe and edge protection. I NEVER run on asphalt or concrete anymore. I've only run on grass playing fields, trails or the beach for decades. This is to preserve my hips and knees. I'm going to wear the shoe more as a "fashion" sneaker. It does look great. But I'm subtracting a star because it's not really a running shoe. ... show more

I found this pair of shoes at my local discount store. But they only had a size 9 which almost all of my other Adidas shoes are. But, with this shoe, I had to come here to Amazon to order and 8.5 because this shoe seems to fit true to size whereas most Adidas don’t. I really like the style of Adidas but they are often uncomfortable, hard to get on and off or slip off too easily. These are actually the opposite - look nice, feel secure and are easy to don and doff (like most gym shoes).
