I have several pairs of Adidas, and have even bought them as gifts. I'm familiar with how Adidas fit and feel. I went a half-size up on these, and am glad I did. There's more of a curve on the front end of the shoe and my toe almost rubs against the inside of the shoe. Had I got my regular size, I might not have been comfortable with my toe right against the inside of the curve. Speaking of comfort, these aren't that comfortable to spend the day walking in. I've worn them enough to break in and it feels like the insoles are thin or not supportive. Since Adidas can be narrow on the inside, store‐bought insoles seem to make the shoes bow out and I dont like that look. I think $45 is fair for the fashion and durability but not functionality. If I had tried these on in a store, I'd have opted for a different Adidas shoe. I think 3 stars is fair all things considered. ... show more

[ Packaging ] Minimum amount of packaging. (1) shoe box, (1) pair of shoes [ The Good ] The strongest attribute of these shoes are the classic Adidas look, and style. The materials are decent, and are perfect for going out on daytime dates, friend hangouts, etc. These look the best when paired with nice pants. [ What Could Be Better ] These types of sneakers lack in the comfortability level. There is very little support anywhere in the bottom of the shoe. Also the tread on the bottom of the shoe is basic. Do not use near wet/slippery areas. When it comes to wearing these for any long durations of time, these shoes will hurt your feet unless you use shoe inserts or insole supports. [ Takeaway ] These shoes are best worn for very casual, short events. I would suggest utilizing inserts to increase the usability of them. Otherwise, these shoes look very good, and carry the Adidas brand. If you like Adidas, then this is worth a look. ... show more

Ordered these shoes for my fiancé who was looking for casual shoes that are more stylish than his gym shoes. -Very stylish and makes you look a bit more polished.
