I purchased both S/M and L/XL to test out the fit. I usually wear S/M for compression sleeves, but these run small. L/XL fits well. Significantly longer than the S/M though. Quality is excellent. These sleeves are excellent! Unlike other brands that use painful silicone bands, these don’t have any, and that makes a huge difference. They’re very comfortable to wear for long periods and still stay perfectly in place without sliding down. The material feels soft, breathable, and provides just the right amount of compression. We’ve ordered 2 sets. The sizing aren’t consistent the lengths are way off out of the 4 we’ve ordered 2 we’re extremely tight and the other set one was 2 inches longer with a wider bicep band with the other one fitting as it should
