  • Great shoe, just size DOWN
Size: 13 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
This is my first true MTB shoe, and whoa. I now know what all the fuss is about. I can't compare to higher end MTB shoes, but if you're a regular rider on a trail bike with your common descents and jumps, then I can't see how you could possibly need anything more than these. If you're looking for your first pair of MTB shoes and don't want to spend a bunch of money, these are a great choice. They are stiff, so not the best option for casual walking, but they still look good and can function as such if you need them to. JUST BE SURE TO SIZE DOWN. I'm usually a 13 (I ordered the 13 and it was too big), and the 12 fits just right. ... show more

  • Great shoe for new mountain bikers!
Size: 10 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
I was just getting into mountain biking and wanted a shoe that wouldn't break the bank. I ordered these because they looked good and were the cheapest option I could find on Amazon. They are fantastic. They look great. They are firm where they need to be, but also comfortable. They also grip the pedals well. Definitely recommend! ... show more

  • Forget these other fools that gave negative comments
Size: 10 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
I’m not getting paid by anyone and I’m not sponsored by anyone there’s no reason for me to lie I listen to some idiotic reviews that had no idea what they’re talking about or they’re just jealous that they can even afford these cheaper mountain bike shoes. I’m glad I didn’t listen to those negative comments and went ahead and ordered the shoes they’re stiff or do you need them and they’re flexible where you can walk on with comfort. For me these are better than the higher end shoes are too stiff that you came and walk if you get a flat tire and you have to walk 2 miles pin so far all the negative reports either they don’t only shoes or they wish they Only shoes are they just couldn’t even afford them so they had to be negative about it!One out of 10 bad reviews is usually the jealous person that can’t afford it don’t listen to those because I’m not listening to those anymore.! ... show more

  • Good for casual rides
Size: 11.5 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
These are good looking and comfortable shoes. They are not a great trail shoe. I have a pair of 5 10 free rider pros that are too stiff to walk in so I bought there for rides with the family that lead to exploring on foot. They are perfect for that. They work well for more casual rides but are not the greatest trail shoe. They have a ton of flex in the sole, the toe is not reinforced, and the grip is the worse of any 5 10's I have ever had but....they are comfortable and walk well so they meet their purpose for me. ... show more

  • Real durable and nice comfort level!
Size: 10.5 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
Great shoe for getting down and dirty on all kinds of rugged terrain or in the street! I bought them so that I could use them for long rides and also to wear them at my job that centers around cycling. I was very surprised at the durability. They saved my foot from a stick puncturing my foot. They are comfortable enough to wear for hours and at work. They have a great platform for max peddle coverage with minimum slipping. I ride on the west coast where it’s unbelievably technical and rocky and these shoes have handled all that I thrown at it. Get em. ... show more

  • Perfect bike commuter shoes
Size: 11.5 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
Ok so I really like Adidas footwear. I generally wear a size 12 in Adidas. I went with an 11.5 based on other reviews and that seems about right. I also own a pair of 5-10 Freeride MTB shoes in a size 12. I probably could have gone with size 12 with an insole insert and been ok. These are stiff soled bike shoes and as such flat with very little cushy support. I put in some generic arch inserts in. I’m using these as bike to work shoes mostly. They are also styling enough to wear at work. They are not as beefy as my 5-10 MTB shoes. See pics comparing the shoes. 5-10s have to black sole. These shoes are really cool looking so I’m not planning on using them off road, but I think they would work fine. I feel like they are similar to lace up Vans but with a thicker more durable sole. Over all at $80 these are a great value for stylish shoes that work great for peddling. ... show more

  • Awesome shoe for MTB
Size: 11 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
Fit nicely, comfortable, and really grip the Rock Bros pedals I installed on my bike. Would purchase again and highly recommend

  • Stylish, functional, durable and good fit.
Size: 10 Color: Core Black/Core Black/Gum M2
A few reviews say the size of these shoe is too large for their respective shoe size. Everyone’s feet are different. These Adidas Five Ten Sleuths fit my fit as expected using a size 10. I didn’t have to size down, and have enough room and comfort on the fore foot and heel does not slide up. I purchased 9.5 size in case the size 10 was too big. The size 9.5 were too tight on the fore foot bed area. Fortunately, my son can fit in the 9.5! He will have good use on them on a bike or at school. ... show more
