Unfortunately the 1 star comments are true. There was no proof reading haha the spots that should have been left blank weren't (they say "insert your task" or something similar) and a list for a specific room will have the same task repeated 3 times; however, I do believe this can be helpful. I have ADHD and I have always done well with cleaning because my mom did a great job teaching me. So, I bought this for my partner because he struggles with cleaning efficiently and knowing what to clean. I do think this will be helpful and it's only 10 bucks! I think if you want something with higher quality and detailed lists, find a different one but I think this is a good starter to help someone learn how to clean correctly. ... show more

Rarely leaving reviews, but could not resist it. It's obviously AI-generated, which would be ok if the 'creators' spent 10 min prooreading it. Instead, they poured a lot of resources and energy into TikTok campaign to advertise it as a holy grail for people with ADHD. It's quite the opposite. Aside from the fact that there are a bunch of typos, printed code (as {insert your task}) which by itself would bother your big deal. But the lists are useless as well. Looks like tasks were just shuffled and placed in different lists. Many make no sense, are duplicated between zones and time periods. Speaking of lists - there are too many of them, and they're confusing also. Bottom line - if you have ADHD and are overwhelmed with cleaning tasks and want to get even more overwhelmed - this planner is for you. Oh, and also the quality is horrible. Printed on the thinnest paper, coil is cheap as well, pages don't glide when you turn them. Very detailed, which I appreciate. A lot more pages than I was expecting, so a great price for what you are getting. It's pretty good quality, and it's not too big or small. Super simple and not too overly distracting. Cute setup, and easy to use; I love it.
