Well I ordered a 2Xl tall based off reviews that said they ran short and snug. In my opinion.... not so much. I did not need the tall! They hit my Danskos ok so that they do not drag on the floor. As far as the size, I think they fit great for regular scrub pants. I am a little fluffy and I still have room to pull the waist band out. If you want the snug fit to show off your butt, I would say order the XL. My sizes vary so much by brand but my normal size is an XL and I should have gone with that. I love the bright color and the material is thicker than the normal "parachute pants" that are popular now. They are comfy and flexible! I would totally order these pants again.

I’ve have this pair in a medium and it fit right except it would hug the crocs area too much. I got it in a large and I don’t have the issue anymore plus it still fits great. I would size up to avoid that issue. I’m 5’3 weigh 165 and got the Large.

1st my "specs": 5'4" 220lbs, size 14, (waist 40", hips 48", 27" inseam) Purchased size XL. Now on to the show.. These are the absolute best scrub pants I've ever worn! They feel like a combo of yoga n sweat pants as far as how comfortably stretchy they are yet look like regular scrub pants. Ive yet to test their wrinkle potential but they ironed well. One of my biggest issues with other pants is the potential crack out when bending but these fit curves very well, have an elastic banding that never moved and stayed put on my waist while not digging in. Though I am in the process of losing weight, I'm confident these will stay comfy and I will def be buying more of these. Only negative is the limited number of colors
