I did order the scrubs a size up based on other reviews. For me, the pants were a bit big and the top was tighter than I would like. I would size up even more for the top, but the pants, which are already a bit loose (but not too bad) from being sized up would be falling off of me. The top isn't like sausage casing, but not as loose as I prefer (just can't gain weight!). The scrubs are very nice and comfortable otherwise, but if you are built like me where you need two different sizes, these may not be the best choice. I also did not see tall or petite options. I am 5-8" and the pants were just right.

I own multiple pairs of this brands scrubs. I wear a large. This is the first time I purchased this style. The shirt is very loose fitting. The V neck is very large. I do have a smaller chest. I do not have this problem with the other styles. The pants are very baggy and long. I am 5’9. I love this brand and the other styles. This style is not for me.

First and foremost I gave 4 stars because I like the material, the color and the pants fit great. The only thing was the shirt is a 2x, but fit like a 1x (if you have a big chest, it will fit u a little snug)
