Top Amazon Reviews

  • Waste of money
Style: Adapt Ion Only
I bought this vacuum based on the reviews and the brand. We have three dogs. When I received the first vacuum it died after 4 or 5 uses. It was not holding a charge and I assumed it probably was the battery. I contacted the vendor on a Thursday evening and by Saturday morning I had the new one. So, back to the actual reason for this post. I am really happy with this vacuum. The suction is great. We have all bare floors and our house is just over 1,000 sq.ft. the vacuum can cover the entire house and then some. The tools that attach to the hand-held work great as well. If you are looking for a great little vacuum at great price, this is it. UPDATE: The replacement vacuum just died on me yesterday. It is doing the same thing as the first one. My return window deadline was February 11th. Now I am out of my money and still need a vacuum! ... show more

  • Spend more money and upgrade.
Style: Adapt Ion Only
OK, I absolutely love the easy release button for going underneath beds and couches and everything. But the dirt collection system it’s rather obnoxious and bothersome. The plug-in location is downright silly. And there’s no place on the vacuum for the two attachments so you have to carry them around separately and try not to forget where you last put them down. Spend more money and upgrade. I also bought the shark bagless that rolls into it charging station. It’s suction is better, battery last a little longer, and amount of dirt and hair it collects is almost as much as my corded. The best part of the shark is it’s “headlights in “it has three or four incredibly strong lights that is the best thing I have ever seen in a vacuum. Life changer. I know that sounds silly but it would be my number one requirement for all future vacuums. ... show more

  • Good For Quick Clean Up, Stores Easily
Style: Adapt Ion Only
I got this to use between my weekly cleaning that I use my Miele for. I have a cat so primarily it was for cleaning up litter on my carpet. Sucks litter up well. Not a perfect vacuum, but totally worth the $99 to not have to get the big vacuum out multiple times during the week. Does take a while to charge and doesn't clean as well as the charge gets lower, so make sure to keep the battery full! ... show more

  • Battery won't charge after 2 months
Style: Adapt Ion Only
Also, suction is just ok. Amazon issued refund at 80%, so you will lose $20 if this happens to you, even if they let you return it due to not working.

  • You get what you pay for
Style: Adapt Ion Only
Honestly, this vacuum cleaner leaves a LOT to be desired. Yes, it is lightweight, and maneuvers well. However, it does a pretty horrible job of picking up dirt and, in our case specifically, kitty litter. It has a weird tendency to throw back a ton of the litter after picking it up to try to move it to a different location - like it literally drops litter that it had picked up and sprays it backwards over the floor/your legs in locations you had already cleaned. Do yourself a favour and pay more for a better vacuum. ... show more

  • Good suction & very convenient for small jobs
Style: Adapt Ion Only
This small, light vacuum does a good job on tile floors even though it is small. The beater brush head is only 10" wide, so it will take a while to do a whole house. I did do the entire upstairs without running out of charge. But it's really intended for small jobs. There is a handheld vacuum that is easy to release from the vacuum frame and can be used to vacuum up small messes or you can attach the crevice tool or upholstery tool to it. I used the upholstery tool to clean some fake fur off of a comforter, and it did an excellent job. The handheld vacuum also did a good job of picking up dust balls, hair, and dirt that has fallen off of shoes. The brush roll can easily be released from its case for thorough cleaning, like to remove long hair that's gotten wound up on it. The handle of the vacuum folds down for storage, so the vacuum is only 26 inches tall when the handle is folded down. Basically, it doesn't take up a lot of space. Because you aren't restricted by a cord, it is very convenient to grab this vacuum to clean up small messes. All the buttons are easy to use, and cleaning out the dirt tank and filters is also a simple process. They suggest you just tap off the dust, but you can rinse the filter and screen in warm water to clean. They must be 100% dry before reuse, though. When you first get the vacuum, you need to plug it in to charge up the battery for eight hours. You insert the plug on the back of the vacuum and plug the adapter into the wall outlet. A blinking light on the front tells you when it's charging (red light) and when it is completely charged (green light). They advertise that the two-way folding handle can be bent forward so that it is easy to clean underneath furniture. While it does fold forward, it does not lower the vacuum body that much, so I still find myself bending down to try to get underneath furniture. If this is a major selling point for you, then you may be disappointed. UPDATE 3/16/19: I use this vacuum daily, and I'm still impressed by how easy it is to use and how well it cleans pet dander and litter off of tile floors. I also tried this vacuum to vacuum out my car, and it didn't work as well on carpet as it does on tile. It didn't get the ground-in dirt out at all, only stuff that was loose and fairly light (i.e. leaves and dust, but not sand or small rocks). ... show more

  • Piece of Total Junk, buyers beware
Style: Adapt Ion Only
ALL the negative reviews are correct. I only bought this vacuum because my wife asked me, no demanded, me to buy it. We were attracted to it by it's lightweight, versatility, and promises of convenience. After only 2 months the thing won't recharge, it's DEAD!! But wait there's more. The suction power is below adequate. The capacity of debris storage so small it's ridiculous. I dismissed the reviews I saw where people complained that the battery/charge life was too short was. It's kind of a moot point since the capacity is so small that you will NEVER vacuum for more than 10 minutes unless you're vacuuming an already clean space. Then the worst feature is the hassle of putting your hand in all the muck to empty the dust bin. It's just plain nasty!! This is the worse design of pretty much any appliance I've bought over the last 10 years. It took about a month for my wife to realize she made a mistake, don't do the same as us. STAY AWAY!! ... show more

  • Great for small jobs
Style: Adapt Ion Only
I use this vacuum daily for small jobs. I clean up kitty litter in the hall daily and occasionally vacuum the kitchen or bathroom. The charge always lasts for a week. It picks up small particles. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone that wants to clean their entire home. It wasn’t designed for that. I still use my large vacuum weekly for that purpose. ... show more
